Yes. You can start from any uploaded image or from a result generated with Nano Banana Pro. Use Fill mode for inpainting and outpainting, Depth or Canny modes when you want structure-guided edits, and Redux when you need style-preserving variations that stay close to your original layout.
Images created with Nano Banana Pro on eligible plans can generally be used in commercial projects such as ads, social campaigns and product visuals, as long as you follow our Terms of Service and the underlying model provider’s policies. Nano Banana Pro Dev is intended for non-commercial use, such as personal projects and internal experimentation. Please refer to our pricing and licensing page before using outputs in large-scale or regulated campaigns.
Each generation, upscale, and advanced edit consumes credits. The exact credit cost is shown next to each mode inside the app, and you can find a full breakdown on our pricing page. You only pay for successful generations; failed jobs are automatically refunded back to your balance.
We only use your images and prompts to process your requests and deliver results in your account. We don’t sell your data or use your content to train our own models without your explicit consent. For details on retention periods and logs kept by our infrastructure providers, please review the Privacy Policy on nanabanana.dev.
By default, images exported from Nano Banana Pro do not include visible watermarks, so you can use them directly in your layouts. However, some platforms may still detect that assets are AI-generated. If you need explicit AI labels or watermarks for compliance reasons, you can add them manually or contact us to discuss custom settings.
Right now, Nano Banana Pro focuses on the web app experience. If you need team workspaces, shared credit pools, or API access for automation, please reach out to us with your use case so we can prioritize upcoming features and early-access programs.
